Until March 15, you will then receive a 75% refund. After that, you get 50% back until April 15. If someone cancels after that, you won’t get a refund. Transaction fees incurred are non-refundable.

There are often opportunities to ask for support from your church. Usually they are willing to contribute financially for a Christian event if you can’t afford it. Should that not be the case, we will work with you to see what is feasible. Money should never be a reason not to come to Life! #JESUS > MONEY

A teenager is 12 to 17 years old; youth leaders are 18 or older. Preferably the youth leaders are a little older, but we trust you to arrange this responsibly yourselves.

A group consists of at least 3 teens and a youth leader. For every 7 teens, we want at least 1 youth leader. This means that a group of 8 teens, has 2 youth leaders. You may mix boys and girls in your group, or create a boys’ or girls’ group separately.

We recommend putting a payment request in your own registration form. That way, you will have received all the money when teens or teen leaders sign up and can pay yourself in one lump sum.

This is best done as soon as you have full groups. That way you can be sure you’re paying the best price.

Until Jan. 15, 2023, teens and teen leaders pay an early bird price of €89.00 per person. After that, the regular rate of €99.00 per person goes into effect and from March 15 you will pay €109.00 per person.

You register your group all at once through Events4Christ. So make sure you have all the information before you start applying.

Our advice is to do this through a Google form. There you gather all the necessary information and collect payments right away (saves hassles later). An example of what that looks like can be found here.

If you have enough teens signed up in time, you can sign them up through Events4Christ.

The remaining teens and leaders will have to sign up later, but they will pay the current price. You can also choose to sign everyone up permanently and pay by invoice. Then you don’t have to checkout right away and can chase the money for a while. If you still don’t quite get there, please contact us.

As a group leader, you pay at once for the entire group. You can do this at Events4Christ through various payment methods. Or you choose wire transfer and then you will receive an invoice.

It can indeed be difficult to find enough teen leaders. You can also organize an information evening. We will be happy to visit there, when possible. Also, of course, you can request a free promotional package.

Are you really unable to form a group? If so, please contact us.

Yes you can. For example, if you incur additional costs for your group outside of our event, you can include those in the price you charge.

If so, please contact us. We will then work with you to see if another church might have space within their teen leaders to accommodate your teens as well.
